You may return undamaged, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund for any reason, including changing your mind or buying an alternative product.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, or if we sent you the wrong item or a defective item. Otherwise return shipping to our New Zealand address is at your expense.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We currently only ship within New Zealand, via NZ Post ParcelPost. We dispatch orders on the same business day they are received where possible, and the NZ Post delivery target is 3 working days nationwide.
We collect personal information from you when you place an order or create an account with us. The information you provide to us will be used for the following purposes:

- Contacting you occasionally with special offers
We will not share your personal information with any third parties except where necessary for the purposes above or where required by law.
